Night of stars, night of awards. On December 18, the 2019 edition of the Gazzetta Awards took place, the Gran Galà of the Gazzetta dello Sport which rewards the best sportsmen of the year. The national team manager Roberto Mancini received the award for "Man of the Year" and "Coach of the Year".
"Honored to have received the Awards as a man and coach of the year at the Gazzetta Sport Awards. I thank the staff, the players and the Italian national team for their support. 2019 was the perfect year but I always hope that the best is yet to come come in. We hope to be here again in a year, to celebrate something important."
